The VSP safety glasses coverage for DTE retirees was canceled effective 7/1/07; the plan has been replaced with $65.00 reimbursement per pair glasses per retiree. Please turn in your receipts with payroll to receive reimbursement for the safety glasses. This applies only to glasses purchased after 7/1/07.
